Through years of service experience in international
customer service, especially in this much discussed sourcing, we have
gathered some useful words here. We do respect your rights of business
freedom, your intention, your outsourcing strategy and work style.
However, following pieces of advices could be worth noting.

Not to make ^low cost ̄ your sole outsourcing motivation. Always look for
a supplier that shows great willingness, demonstrates professionalism
and offers competitive price at the same time. Remember you get your
value for money.

Not to expect an overnight solution for your sourcing. It is wise for
you or your sourcing agent to spend some time to search through the
industry. Find the right supplier is far more important than saving
money for a short period. A right supplier brings more than you
expected. And usually a good supplier needs some time and effort to
find.

|

|
Respect your supplier and treat him as your business partner rather than
someone desperate for orders. Friend with them and foster a good
business relationship. You will be rewarded for that from time to time.
|
|

|
Appreciate the supplier's effort and trust his capability if you have
already selected him. Do not say NO unless you really want to terminate
the business relationship with him.

|
Do not talk about right or wrong of politics. Everything has its reason
for existence.
